As a native Washingtonian, Bonnie Ohri has had an extensive career in public service focused on designing, implementing, and managing programs for marginalized communities. She has a strong background in primary care service delivery, health care policy, and communication/dissemination strategy. She was a Deputy Director at two agencies within the Department of Health & Human Services where she managed patient safety and quality improvement in health services delivery projects and then provided oversight on the Health Center Program with the mission of providing healthcare to vulnerable populations.

Prior to this role, she worked as a senior policy advisor at USAID on emerging health issues in Europe and Eurasia, including an assignment in Russia; at the Office of Management and Budget on budgetary policy; at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on compliance and regulatory oversight; and at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce representing U.S. banking industry clients.

After moving to Hong Kong in 2019, she pivoted her career towards the non-profit industry: she became an Advisor to MindHK on mental health issues surrounding the protests in Hong Kong and then a Project Director/Supervisor at OneSky For all Children overseeing maternal and child issues; at the same time, she joined Women in Finance Asia as the Executive Director and Board Member, and is also a Board Member of the Institute for the Advancement of Women’s Health.

Bonnie is a management consultant for Management Solutions Consulting Group (MSCG) where she provides technical assistance on health care projects and coaching on government contracts. Bonnie holds a BA (Economics) from McGill University and a MSc. (Economics) from the London School of Economics.

At Morgan Stanley, Bonnie is the Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Technology and Services under the Technology Division in the region, in addition to her existing role as part of the Technology team responsible for implementing and building controls and solutions for the Firm’s Cybersecurity Program. She helps to develop team culture to nurture creative ideas and innovative solutions, ensure recognition, mentoring and focusing on ways to boost team morale and cohesion. Bonnie leads the Morgan Stanley Women in Tech Network for Hong Kong, and is an active champion to the Hong Kong Women’s Business Alliance.

Outside of work, Bonnie is the Board Member and co-Chair for Women in Finance Asia (WiFA). WiFA is a non-profit organization to provide women and men the tools, resources and network to shift the dial in their professional interaction. In 2021, the theme of the year is “Pivot To Succeed” with a continued focus on Innovation and Resilience. WiFA experienced a rapid transformation in 2020; from revamping traditional flagship events, going virtual to connect 5,000 members who worked from home, as well as initiating new workshops to equip ourselves to adopt to this new norm, WiFA is proud to stay strong to serve our community.

Being the first female President for the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) for Asia Pacific in 2017-2018 and contributing to the Association since 2009, Bonnie continues to partner with notable investigators and high-profile speakers to share unique insights within HTCIA membership through hosting regular knowledge sessions.

Jazreel is an accomplished professional with a passion for making a positive impact. She is an active member of WIFA and served as a key member of the ESG committee in 2022 to promote environmental, social, and governance practices across the industry. Jazreel is also Co-chair of the MSCI Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF), where she works to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In addition to creating an inclusive environment, she actively sought out opportunities to promote Diversity & Inclusion and has partnered with 17 Gender and LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the industry and engaged with the community to create outreach programs and charity events that raise funds and promote diversity. Recently, she published her first book “Alphabet Soup for ESG”, which serves as a valuable resource for beginners in ESG. Outside of work, she enjoys marathon running around the globe.

Based in Hong Kong working in a Private Bank covering all general banking matters including financial regulatory matters, HKMA / SFC compliance, market products (e.g. derivatives and structured products) and structured finance transactions.

Rebecca Terner Lentchner is currently acting as a Government Affairs and Public Policy Advisor and Director for global and regional organizations. In this role, she has been designing governance systems, supporting geo-political and regional risk assessments, and offering general guidance regarding the future direction of governmental and regulatory policy. She was most recently the Head of Government & Regulatory Policy for Citadel and Citadel Securities in the Asia Pacific. In this role, she oversaw the firm’s public policy and engagement with regulators, policymakers, academics and trade and business associations across the APAC region.

Prior to joining Citadel, Rebecca was the Head of Government Relations and Public Policy for APAC at BNY Mellon. Previously, she built and managed the Policy and Regulatory Affairs team at Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA), served as a New Directions Returnship Fellow at Goldman Sachs and held policy roles in the US Congress, industry associations and not-for-profit organizations.

Board Member of ASIFMA, Board Director of the American Club Foundation, Advisory Board Member of American Association of the Indo-Pacific, Advisory Board Member of Women in Finance Asia, AIMA Regulatory Committee Member, a TWF Mentor and Public Policy Advisor for Hong Kong Marriage Equality.

Rebecca received her Master’s in Public Policy from the Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University and her bachelor’s from Sarah Lawrence College.

Sonja is Group Senior Corporate Counsel at AIA Group. She has over 25 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region leading large multidisciplinary teams, in the negotiation, execution and implementation of landmark M&A transactions as well as transformational initiatives, working closely with senior management and cross functional teams, as a senior legal and/or business leader. In addition to her legal roles, other roles with AIA have included AIA Head of Corporate Transactions and Head of Operations – AIA Group Partnership Distribution. Sonja is one of the founders and committee member of the AIA Group office internal diversity network and is also one of the co-chairs of the WiFA Mentor Mentee Programme.
