WiFA Circuit Bootcamp Workout Series – Unveil a New Circuit Challenge
WiFA is hosting our first circuit training bootcamp session at Tamar Park on Thursday, July 16. Join us for some fun competitiveness by training next to each other in a group of 8. Led by our instructors, Beth Wright and Tricia Yap, assisted by Mairi Mcinnes and Emma Newman, the 45-minute workout session aims to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises, including an intensive cardio workout (while adhering to current social distancing rules).

Time: Session 1: 6:30 – 7:15 PM | Session 2: 7:30 – 8:15 PM

Format: 8 per group, Instructor led cardio bootcamp workout with or without weights
