The #MeToo movement that started in the U.S. last fall has led companies to look into their anti-harassment and anti-discriminatory practices and has led to some soul-searching about how to keep women safe in their workplaces. Yet the larger discussion about what the movement means for women’s empowerment in companies and boardrooms is just beginning.

The WIFA Networking committee will host a conversation on these topics on June 26 with a panel of distinguished industry experts. We want to make it an interactive discussion about what men and women can do to move beyond #MeToo to create dynamic environments for real inclusion, and also on women’s empowerment and mentorship in companies and boardrooms.
