Isabelle’s banking career spans nearly two decades across Relationship Management, Sales, Strategy & Strategic Execution, Sale of Businesses and Deals in Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Mauritius. She has worked at Abn Amro, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America.

She was member of the Deutsche Bank’s women’s committee ‘WEB’, which was subsequently rebranded to ‘dbGo’ both in London and in Hong Kong from 2010 – 2017, covering re-branding, sponsorship engagement and mentoring.

Isabelle has been mentoring and coaching both junior and seasoned professionals since 2009 across the financial industry. She presently also serves as a strategic advisor to Time Auction, a charity that advocates volunteerism, while connecting skilled volunteers with NGOs.

Presently, Isabelle is on a career break, pursuing her full time postgraduate diploma in Innovation & Design Thinking, a programme co-conducted by MIT’s Sloan School of Management, Columbia Business School, and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
