Looking ahead, the month of March marks Women’s History Month, which is fast approaching, and to kick it off WiFA will be celebrating International Women’s Day (#IWD) on March 8, 2022. The IWD theme is#BreakTheBias, an active call out on gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping every time you observe it.
This year, we would like to ask all WiFA members to strike the IWD 2022 pose to raise awareness. Please share the #BreakTheBias image on social media using #IWD2022#BreakTheBias @WiFA to encourage further people to commit to helping forge an inclusive world and workforce.
