Over the past seven months, WiFA has embraced new ways of working within our daily schedules. We hosted 11 events (10 virtual events including The Women’s Forum, Internal Steering Meetings and our Q1 Advisory Board Meeting, and one in-person Mentor and Mentee Cocktail Reception).

We are taking another new step forward. This summer, WiFA is excited to launch an internship programme. We welcome Chiara Jeong from Hong Kong International School and Alice Lau from Foothill College, California. Chiara and Alice will focus on improving our online communication strategy and work on the new Spotlight Series.

True culture shines in times of crisis. We should ensure that their summer intern experience at WiFA reflects our core values to diversity and inclusion in our community. I am sure that you will be hearing from them soon.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to them and with your help, we look forward to making their internship fruitful.
