Today WiFA join women and men around the world to celebrate Judge Jackson becoming Justice Jackson. She is also the first justice to have served as a federal public defender. Although her integrity was questioned during her confirmation hearing in relation to her public service, Judge Jackson’s career path demonstrates a complex understanding of all sides of the criminal justice system.
Thanks for moving the dial towards building a platform for the next generation of female role models in the workplace and in society.
