When asked, how would you introduce/ define yourself?

When did you join WiFA? What is your current role at WiFA?

I am currently the co-chair of Networking Committee, but first joined WIFA 2 years ago as a volunteer to help organise events. In addition, my organization is a sponsor and partner of WiFA via the Bloomberg Women’s Community in Hong Kong.

Which committee will you be leading in 2020? What are your key goals?

I am co-chairing the WiFA Networking Committee. Be confident in your abilities but also know when is the right time to ask for help. Leading is knowing how to tap into everyone’s strengths. Everyone has something to offer, so understand your own capabilities and those of others.
