What is your current role, and your participation within the diversity and inclusion initiatives? 

I am head of Corporate Sustainability, APAC and I chair the regional D&I network.

Can you share one of your Firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Programs that resonates with the WiFA mission of empowering women to achieve their full professional potential?  

Our global gender network is called Balance and its vision is to engage all staff in the gender diversity debate to drive positive change and achieve gender balance across the organisation. The network influenced our Investment Management Committee to commit to specific gender related requests and is driving change across the organisation.

What advice would you give to women who want to lead? 

Don’t ever give up. Persistence is key; be that to land a new job or to create change within your organisation.
